This policy applies to all purchases made on GiftingGuru.co.za. We are a family owned gifting and electronics store offering electronics, gaming products, accessories, appliances and other gifts. We do not sell cosmetics.
Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if the item is unused and in its original packaging with all accessories and manuals included. Items that show signs of use or damage caused by the customer are not eligible for return.
Non Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned
• Gift cards or vouchers
• Software, digital codes or downloadable products
• Items not in original packaging
• Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
Defective or Faulty Items
If an item arrives faulty or stops working within the warranty period please contact us at hello@giftingguru.co.za with your order number, photos and a description of the issue. We will assist with repair, replacement or refund depending on the product warranty and supplier assessment.
Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive the wrong item or something is missing please inform us within 48 hours of delivery so we can correct the issue promptly.
Return Process

Wait for approval and return instructions
Package the item securely and return it using the instructions provided
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a defect or an error on our side we will cover the courier costs. If the return is due to change of mind or ordering the wrong item the customer is responsible for return courier fees.
Refunds
Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
Exchanges can be arranged if the requested replacement item is in stock. If not in stock a refund or store credit will be offered.
Warranty
Many products come with a manufacturer warranty. Warranty periods and conditions vary by brand and category. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
