GiftingGuru.co.za is a family owned gifting and electronics store. We sell electronics, gaming products, accessories, appliances and other gifts. We do not sell cosmetics.

Free Shipping
Standard shipping fee is R120 nationwide in South Africa. Free shipping applies to orders with a cart value of R1500 or more. Orders below R1500 will be charged a standard shipping fee shown at checkout. We only ship within South Africa.

Delivery Timeframes
Orders are processed once payment has been received. Delivery usually takes 2 to 5 working days depending on the destination and courier schedules. Outlying or rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery times. Weekends and public holidays are not counted as working days.

Order Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email. When the order is dispatched you will receive tracking details so you can follow the delivery progress.

Delivery Address
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses or the receiver not being available at the delivery location.

Ownership and Risk
Once an order has been delivered to the address provided the risk and responsibility for the product transfers to the customer. If the parcel is signed for by someone other than the customer it will be assumed that the delivery was successful.

Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts we will contact you to arrange a re delivery. A re delivery fee may apply.

Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged item or if an item is missing please inform us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. Email hello@giftingguru.co.za so our support team can assist.
